Indications / Uses : Symptomatic treatment of seasonal & perennial allergic rhinitis including persistent allergic rhinitis & chronic idiopathic urticaria.

Administration : May be taken with or without food: The appropriate vol of oral soln should be measured w/ the syringe & poured in a spoon or diluted in another liqd eg, in a glass of water/fruit juice. Diluted soln should be taken immediately.

Contraindications : Hypersensitivity to levocetirizine & piperazine derivatives. Severe renal impairment (CrCl <10 mL/min).

Special Precautions : Alcohol intake. Predisposing factors of urinary retention (eg spinal cord lesion, prostatic hyperplasia). Renal & hepatic impairment. May affect ability to drive or operate machinery. Pregnancy & lactation. Infant & childn <2 yr. Tab: Galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency or glucose-galactose malabsorption. Childn <6 yr. Soln: Fructose intolerance. Soln/drops: Contains methyl & propyl parahydroxybenzoate causing allergic reactions.
