WARIK 2.5MG TABLET
Indications / Uses : Treatment of thromboembolic disorders.
Administration : May be taken with or without food.
Contraindications : Hemorrhagic tendencies or blood dyscrasias. Recent contemplated surgery of: CNS, eye, traumatic surgery in large open surfaces. Bleeding tendencies associated w/ active ulceration or overt bleeding of GUT, GI or resp tract, cerebrovascular hemorrhage, cerebral aneurysms, dissecting aorta, pericardial & pericarditis effusions, bacterial endocarditis. Threatened abortion: Eclampsia & preeclampsia. Unsupervised patients w/ senility: Alcoholism, psychosis/lack of patient cooperation. Spinal puncture: Other diagnostic or therapeutic procedures w/ potential for uncontrollable bleeding. Major regional, lumbar block anesthesia, malignant HTN. Pregnancy.
Special Precautions : Serious risk of hemorrhage, hemorrhagic blood disorders, peptic ulcer, severe wounds (eg surgical wounds), cerebrovascular disorders, bacterial endocarditis.
