    Description

    Pulmodual 500Mcg Inh 20Ml

    Description : Per 500 mcg/2.5 mg/2.5 mL soln for inhalation Ipratropium Br 500 mcg, salbutamol sulfate 2.5 mg

    Indications / Uses : Reversible airways obstruction eg, asthma & COPD for patients in need of more than a single bronchodilator or who require 2nd bronchodilator.

    Contraindications : Hypersensitivity to ipratropium Br, salbutamol or to atropine or its derivatives. Hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy or tachyarrythmia.

    Special Precautions : Patients w/ prostatic hypertrophy, bladder neck obstruction, narrow-angle glaucoma; risk of paradoxical bronchospasm; hyperthyroidism, CV disease, arrhythmias, susceptibility to QT-interval prolongation, HTN & DM. Potentially serious hypokalemia may occur. Potential for ?-agonist interference w/ uterine contractility during labor. Pregnancy & lactation.
