DIRECTION FOR USE:?Use scoop in can to measure powder. For infants aged less than 4 weeks, ask the physician for feeding recommendation.
Note: One level scoop (8.3 cc, average 4.3 g) of Enfamil A+ One Lactose Free powder to 30 mL water.
Normal Dilution: Add 13 g powder diluted to 90.2 mL water to make 100 mL.
Breastmilk is the best for babies up to 2 years of age and beyond.
There is no substitute for breastmilk.
Do not use a microwave oven to warm formula. Serious burns may result.
Failure to follow the instructions could result in severe harm. Once prepared, infant formula can spoil quickly. Either feed immediately or cover and store in refrigerator at 2-4?C for no longer than 24 hours. Do not use prepared formula if it is unrefrigerated for more than a total of 2 hours. Do not freeze prepared formula. After feeding begins, do not refrigerate feeding bottle. Use formula within one hour or discard.
PRECAUTION: Infants 6 months onwards should be given fresh, indigenous and natural foods in combination with continued breastfeeding.
Not to be used by infants with galactosemia.
Not for parenteral administration.
Not intended as sole source of nutrition.

CAUTION FOR USAGE: Instructions for Preparation and Use: The baby’s health depends on carefully following the instructions as follows. Proper hygiene, preparation, dilution, use and storage are important when preparing formula. Powdered infant formulas are not sterile and should not be fed to premature infants or infants who might have immune problems unless directed and supervised by the baby’s doctor. Ask the baby’s doctor which formula is appropriate for the baby. Ask the baby’s doctor about the need to use cooled, boiled water for mixing and the need to boil clean utensils, bottles and nipples in water before use.
1. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water before preparing formula.
2. Boil clean bottles, nipples, caps, and utensils in boiling water for 5 minutes.
3. Boil fresh water for 30 minutes. Cool to room temperature prior to mixing.
4. Pour desired amount of the cooled water into the bottle. Add powder.
5. Cap bottle and shake well.
There is likelihood that pathogenic microorganisms will be in this product when it is prepared and used inappropriately.
STORAGE:?Store can at room temperature. After opening, keep can tightly covered, store in a cool, dry place to ensure freshness. Use contents within 1 month after opening. Do not freeze powder and avoid prolonged storage at excessive temperatures.
INGREDIENTS: Corn syrup solids, blend of vegetable oils (palm olein, soybean, coconut, and high oleic sunflower oils), milk protein isolate, minerals (calcium carbonate, calcium phosphate, chromic chloride, cupric sulfate, ferrous sulfate, magnesium phosphate, manganese sulfate, potassium chloride, potassium citrate, potassium iodide, sodium citrate, sodium molybdate, sodium selenite and zinc sulfate), emulsifier (lecithin), single cell oils (Mortierella alpina oil, Crypthecodinium cohnii oil) as sources of Arachidonic acid (ARA) and Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), vitamins (alpha-tocopheryl acetate, biotin, calcium pantothenate, cholecalciferol, choline chloride, cyanocobalamin, folic acid, niacinamide, phytonadione, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin, sodium ascorbate, thiamin hydrochloride and vitamin A palmitate), inositol, taurine, L-carnitine, and antioxidants (ascorbic acid and ascorbyl palmitate).
