    Description

    Buy ALLOPURINOL 100MG TABLET RiteMed at Rose Pharmacy Online Drugstore

    Indications / Uses : Prevention of acute gouty arthritis & nephropathy; Ca oxalate calculi. Treatment of secondary hyperuricemia during treatment of tumors or leukemia.

    Administration : Should be taken with food: Take after meals. Do not chew.

    Contraindications : Hypersensitivity. Acute attack of gout. 300-mg tab: Severe renal dysfunctions w/ CrCl <20 mL/min. Lactation. Childn.

    Special Precautions : Avoid food w/ high purine content & alcohol. Discontinue if hypersensitivity reactions eg, exanthema occur. Carefully monitor impaired renal or hepatic function or preexisting hematopoietic disorders. Patients treated w/ ACE inhibitors or diuretics due to HTN or cardiac insufficiency. Urinary quantity should be at least 2 L/day in the treatment of urate kidney & uric acid calculi. May impair ability to drive or operate machinery. Pregnancy.
