Job Description
- Conducts Product and soft skills training
- Maintains training and Personal development plan for employees
- Rolls out training calendar and coordinates with Head Office Learning and development
- Monitors post training results and ensure organizational targets are achieved
Qualifications
- Preferably a Licensed pharmacist
- At least 2 years relatable experience
- Resident of assigned area or willing to be relocated to assigned area
- Must be conversant and engaging in training activities
- Innately optimistic and an extrovert
- Highly organized
- Excellent communication skills
- MS Powerpoint and MS Excel- savvy
