Job Description
Primarily responsible for verification and reconciliation of accounts :
- Bank versus book;
- Reconcile accounts receivable records with sales invoices;
- Reconcile and verify bank deposits and payments;
- Process, verify and reconcile input documentation;
- maintain and update appropriate files, reports, documentation and data; and adhere to corporate standards and procedures in reconciliation clerical activities.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Cebu.
- Must be goal-oriented and detail-conscious
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Finance – Bank Reconciliation or equivalent..
- Experience in a retail industry is an advantage.
